YUTORI is distinctive yet soft and is delcious either served as a traditional tea or when mixed with any plant-based milk. The harmonious combination of a developed and robust, yet velvety smooth flavor profile distinguishes YUTORI.

 

The shading process takes place between 25 and 35 days before tencha is harvested. This meticulous, labour intensive technique allows the leaves to develop a remarkable depth of flavor, resulting in a well-balanced and full-bodied matcha.
