In the Netherlands, truffles are covered by the NVWA, which will monitor and control them together with the Ministry of Health. When Nature Calls therefore only sells quality products that come directly from the nursery of the famous "Truffle brothers". This is the only farm in the truffle industry to be HACCP certified, short for hazard analysis and critical control points, a risk inventory for food products responsible for protecting and promoting public health through food safety control and supervision. These truffles are 100% Vegan, none-GMO. The nursery also does not use gamma radiation, pesticides, heavy metals or other chemical growth agents. Pure organic!!!
