Blue Lotus Herb
Blue Lotus (Nymphaea Caerulea) is a water plant native to Africa, particularly Egypt, and parts of Southeast Asia, including Thailand and India. Historically, it has played a significant role in traditional practices and rituals in these regions. The plant thrives in shallow bodies of water like lakes, ponds, and swamps, where its distinctive blue flowers bloom.
The dried leaves of Blue Lotus are often prepared as a tea. When steeped in hot water, the leaves produce a mild, aromatic infusion that has been traditionally associated with promoting relaxation and a meditative state of mind. In higher doses, it may produce mild hallucinogenic experiences, making it ideal for moments when you seek peace of mind and a serene boost.
USAGE
To prepare Blue Lotus tea, steep 1-5 grams of the dried leaves in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Adjust steeping time and amount based on personal preference. The tea can be consumed plain or sweetened with honey if desired.
