What's inside
Organic Tremella mushroom extract, Cordyceps, Reishi and Lion's Mane (functional mushroom extracts), astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae), magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6, and piperine (black pepper extract) to support absorption.

The thinking behind it

• Tremella fuciformis — a mushroom long valued in traditional use for its water-binding polysaccharides, prized for a hydrated, supple feel.

How to take
