Our previous payment provider has discontinued service due to regulations related to psilocybin truffles. While we work on new payment solutions, SEPA bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. We appreciate your understanding.

- In the payment reference field, enter your 4-digit order number only (e.g. #1234)

Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received.
⚠️ Always use your order number as the payment reference — not the long reference number. Without the correct reference we cannot match your payment to your order and processing will be delayed.

Bank transfers can take time to arrive depending on your bank and the day of the week. Weekends and public holidays may cause delays. We ask for your patience — as soon as your payment comes through we will prepare your order straight away.
What happens next:
Once we receive your payment we'll pack your order quickly and you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your track & trace code by email.
Within the Netherlands delivery is usually the next working day via PostNL, provided your order ships before 17:00, occasionally two working days. Belgium is also shipped via PostNL and usually arrives within 2 working days, though this is not guaranteed. For all other countries delivery typically takes between 1 and 7 working days depending on your location, though in rare cases it may take a little longer.
