Some mornings begin a little differently, days that unfold somewhere between places and time zones, when the hours seem to take on a rhythm of their own. Days that stretch further than expected, when everything starts to blur and you have to find your rhythm again.

Sometimes you wake in another city, behind unfamiliar curtains, and for a moment the room is the first thing you know. The light falls differently here. The sounds outside are new. Somewhere between waking and getting up, the morning slowly begins to reveal itself.
For a moment, there is nothing to do but notice: this is where the day begins.

DAY is a ritual for stepping into that feeling: clear, open, awake to what is around you.
The feeling of having a whole day ahead of you, opening the curtains and letting the world in, stepping outside with a sense of curiosity, moving through the day with intention, and being present enough to notice the small things. A coffee somewhere new, the long walk with nowhere particular to be, the conversation that lasts longer than expected. The feeling that the day is yours to discover, even when the hours don't quite belong to the usual rhythm.
Because sometimes a different way of living doesn't require a different life. It begins with how you meet the day.

DAY is my ritual for stepping into that feeling - for coming back to myself and meeting the day with a little more intention.

Use: Take 2 tablets before breakfast. Maximum 4 consecutive days.

Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (E460i), minerals, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, Ashwagandha extract KSM-66 (contains milk/lactose), Rhodiola extract, Acetyl L-Carnitine, vegetable oil, silicon dioxide (E551), magnesium stearate (E572), coating (HPMC, glycerol, HPC).
