Product Overview

The Amazonian Growkit (1200cc) features the Psilocybe Cubensis PES Amazonian, known for producing large fruits up to 15 cm (and sometimes up to 30 cm) with steady growth and high potency.

Before You Start

Hygiene is critical to prevent contamination. Always follow these steps before handling your grow kit:

1. Wash your hands and forearms thoroughly with soap.
2. Clean and sanitize your workspace.
3. Never touch the exposed mycelium with bare, unwashed hands.

Setup Instructions

1. Soak: Pour 900 ml of water into the grow kit and let it soak for 12 hours.
2. Drain: Carefully drain out all excess water after the 12-hour soak.
3. Bag Prep: Pour 150 ml of water into the fruiting bag, then place the plastic container inside on top of the water layer.
4. Mist: Lightly spray the top layer of the kit and the inside walls of the bag.
5. Seal: Fill the bag with fresh air and fold the top closed, securing it with the provided paperclip.
6. Location: Place the kit in a space with indirect light and a constant temperature between 24 to 27°C.

Maintenance & Flushing

• First Flush (Days 0–21): Open the bag every 2 to 3 days to mist the kit and refresh the air inside, then reseal. Once the first pins appear, spray every 4 to 5 days.
• Harvesting: Pluck your mushrooms when ready, always ensuring you wash your hands and clean your workspace beforehand.
• Subsequent Flushes: Repeat the soaking and misting process for the 2nd and 3rd flushes.

Quick Troubleshooting Tips

• Temperature: Maintain a strict, constant temperature of 24–27°C. Inconsistent heat will slow or break growth.
• Lighting: Keep the kit out of direct sunlight; a 12-hour light / 12-hour dark routine works best.
• Moisture: Never let the mycelium dry out, but ensure proper air exchange to prevent high CO2 levels and mold.
