Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the EU, plus a small number of neighbouring countries outside it. We're not able to ship anywhere outside the list below, including the rest of the world, no exceptions.

How long does delivery take?
This depends on where you're based. The ranges below are deliberately wide rather than tight, since customs handling on non-EU orders sits outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?
Cost depends on the size of your order and where it's going, so there's no single flat rate. You'll see the exact price at checkout before you pay. As an example, a smaller order to a nearby country might run around €6.90, while somewhere like Switzerland typically costs closer to €21.90, and it can climb all the way to around €31 for some Eastern European destinations. Orders over €50 ship free within the Netherlands, and orders over €100 ship free within the rest of the EU.
Which courier do you use?
Most orders ship with DPD. Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, Norway, and Liechtenstein ship with PostNL instead, since it gives a more reliable route for those destinations specifically.
Do you ship as soon as I order, and can I speed this up?
We aim to get every order moving quickly, but no, we don't ship the moment you place an order. We only ship once your payment has actually arrived, not once you've sent it. We accept SEPA bank transfer only. That usually takes 1 to 2 working days to reach our account, occasionally it's the same day. As soon as we receive your payment, we ship your order and send you the tracking details.
No, we can't speed this up. Once you've sent a bank transfer, we can't make it arrive faster. Once a package is with the courier, we can't make it move faster either. Both steps are fully out of our hands, which is why the delivery ranges above are wide instead of exact.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Mistakes happen, we get it. We'd just recommend double-checking your full address carefully before you pay, street name and house number both, since we need both and it's easy to accidentally leave one out. If you spot an error before your order has shipped, let us know right away and we'll try to catch it in time. Once it's already shipped, there's not much we can do.
Will anyone be able to tell what's inside my order?
No. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded cardboard box. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents, so your order stays private both in transit and at your door.
Truffles are a fresh product. Is it a problem that they're not refrigerated during shipping?
No. We've shipped fresh truffles this way for years and have built our packaging around exactly this: your order spends part of its journey outside a fridge, and that's expected and accounted for. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives and it'll be in the same condition as if it had never left one.
My truffles arrived with a white, slightly fuzzy coating. Is that mold?
Almost certainly not. That's mycelium, part of the fungus itself, and it's a normal reaction to travel and packaging conditions, not a sign anything's wrong. You can just shake or brush it off.
