Ingredients: Hemp leaf and hemp flower of 100% organic origin.
Preparation:
- Use 2 tablespoons of hemp per litre of water or 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of tea
- Pour boiling water
- Let 5 to 7 minutes draw.
