Orders will be shipped with PostNL within 1 working day after payment has been received, provided that we have all products in stock. You will receive a tracking link from PostNL to track your package.
When Nature Calls BV does not charge shipping costs.
Discreet packaging for your privacy.
All parcels are discreetly packed and shipped. The only thing on the outside is your address and our return address and no advertising.
Fully insured
All shipments are insured against theft and damage during transport. If the products do not arrive for any reason, we will first start an investigation at PostNL. This may take some time. If there is clarity about what went wrong with the package, we will resend the order or you will get your money back.
This insurance only applies to countries within the European Union.
We ship all international packages registered. Delivery times vary by country, indicative delivery times are:

Please note that for international orders (excluding Belgium) you will need to pay a postage fee from the national post service when the order is below €50, if your order is €50 or more shipping will be free.
