PROTECT YOUR BRAIN

For Who?

Core is made for everyone who has been concerned with the health of his or her brain and anyone who wants to improve its memory. Core helps students, professionals and older people who have difficulty with focus and concentration. In addition, Core provides daily protection and provides the brain with essential vitamins.

Why?

There are many threats to the health of the brain. Fortunately, by means of scientific research, there have been multiple substances that can protect the brain. The ingredients in Core are formulated to provide protection against oxidation, inflammation, and vitamin deficiency. In addition, the ingredients in Core provide an improved memory.

How?

The brain is a complex machine that is constantly exposed to endogenous threats. Neuro inflammation can result in problems with cognition and ultimately even depression. Substances that can reduce inflammation can be used to protect the brain. In addition to inflammation, our brains are also exposed to reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are called free radicals. These are particles that arise in any organism during metabolism. Free radicals can damage components of the cell including DNA, which may again result in aging. Antioxidants can reduce the amount of free radicals and thereby protect the body and the brain from damage. The ingredients that are part of the Core formula have been carefully chosen taking into account the harmful effects of inflammation and free radicals.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is the first ingredient in the Core formula. ALA is a substance that occurs in certain types of food such as broccoli and organ meat, unfortunately the concentration of ALA in these types of food is too low to produce a significant effect. After ingestion, ALA effectively passes the blood-brain barrier and exerts anti-oxidative effects, both intra and extracellular. As an addition to this strong antioxidant action, ALA inflammation has reducing properties. ALA is seen as a promising substance in the treatment and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases.

The second ingredient in the Core formula is citicoline and this is one of the most famous nootropics. Citicoline is absorbed very efficiently by the body after which it is converted into choline. Choline is the precursor of acetylcholine, an essential neurotransmitter with regard to attention, learning and memory. Choline is an essential nutrient that has to be obtained by food or supplementation to maintain health. Choline intake is important for adults to maintain cognitive skills. Citicoline improved various cognitive measurements including concentration and memory. In addition, citicoline neuro is protectively. It is necessary for the production of phosphatidylcholine, this is an important part of the cell membrane that is needed for cell membrane repair.

The third ingredient in the Core formula is blueberry extract. Blueberry extract contains several classes of chemicals that are common in plants, including flavonoids and anthocyanins. These components are thought to protect the brain by having anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effects. Higher intakes of blueberries and strawberries are associated with a lowered rate of cognitive decline.

Finally, the Core formula contains three vitamins that are important with regard to cognition. It has been shown that cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) provides an improvement in the visual memory. Low vitamin D3 levels have been associated with a reduction in cognitive performance and accelerated cognitive decline. The relationship between cognitive decline and low vitamin D3 has been further underpinned by several studies that show the relationship between a low vitamin D3 concentration and certain neurodegenerative diseases. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological and pro-inflammatory condition that causes damage to the myelineschede of neurons. The occurrence of MS within a population is affected by geography and to be more precise latitude. It is thought that latitude plays a role in the occurrence of MS because it affects the amount and intensity of sunlight and thus also the vitamin D concentrations in people. A weak correlation between Alzheimer ' s and low vitamin D3 concentrations has also been observed. Finally, a reduced risk of Parkinsons ' disease is seen at high levels of vitamin D3.

The second vitamin used in the Core formula is α-tocopherol (vitamin E) and this is a plant antioxidant that is essential for human health. For 50 years, it has been recognized that vitamin E plays a critical role in maintaining neurological health. Vitamin E is thought to exercise its neuro protective properties by working as an antioxidant that renders harmless lipid peroxy-radical, which is produced during acidification degradation. In vivo and in vitro, it has been shown that vitamin E, neurons can protect against oxidative stress. Vitamin E intake, from food or supplements, is associated with reduced cognitive decline during aging. Recent studies show that abnormal vitamin E levels are observed in multiple disorders of the central nervous system, including those which have a negative impact on memory, learning ability, and emotional reactions.

The third vitamin used in the Core formula is menaquinone (vitamin K2). Vitamin K2 can be found in all brain regions and is involved in a large amount of neurological processes. Vitamin K-dependent proteins (VKDP), as the name it says, need vitamin K2 to fulfill their enzymatic role. Gas6 is an enzyme that occurs in the nervous system and needs vitamin K2 to carry out its crucial function. This enzyme is involved in functions such as cell survival, chemotaxis, mitogenesis, cell growth, and myelinisation. Another important role of vitamin K2 is that it is necessary for the biosynthesis of sphingolipids. Sfingolipids are a group of complex lipids that are present in each cell and these lipids are part of the cell membrane. Sphingolipids occur in high concentrations in cells of the central nervous system. Sfingolipids were initially appreciated for their structural role, but are now seen as key players in important cell activities such as proliferation, differentiation, senescence, cell cell interaction and transformation. In addition, recent research shows that there is a link between the disruption of sphingolipid metabolism and the aging process. Finally, both in vitro and animals, studies and human epidemiological studies show the protective role of vitamin K2 against oxidative stress and inflammation, two phenomena associated with neurodegenerative diseases.
